Sherine Khalil, MPA
Sherine Khalil is the Chief Strategy and Integration Officer for Valor Compounding Pharmacy. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic initiatives while aligning priorities and maximizing efficient coordination of all interacting systems, people, ideas, and processes. Sherine also oversees human resources, information technology, finance, business partnerships, and serves as “The Integrator” in the company’s entrepreneurial operating system (EOS).
Sherine has over 20 years of experience in healthcare business. Prior to joining Valor Compounding Pharmacy, Sherine was an independent business strategy and operations consultant for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. She was also the founding Chief Operating Officer for the Child Mind Institute, a non-profit dedicated to child mental health, in New York City, and worked in research administration and the Dean's Office at NYU Langone Medical Center.
Sherine received her Bachelor of Science in Social Ecology with a minor in Public Health and Epidemiology from UC Irvine in 1999, and her Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in Health Policy and Management with a specialization in Management and Finance from New York University's Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service in 2002.
